To maintain eligibility all birds must be activated and all fees paid on time. The Entry Fee is refundable only if your bird is lost before the first race and you have paid. All birds here at the time of the first race must be paid for in full.
No one shall handle their birds except on the night of final race shipping.
At that time of shipping, ONLY THE OWNER SHALL HANDLE THEIR BIRD(S), UNLESS THE DESIGNATED HANDLER POSSESSES THE OWNER’S WRITTEN PERMISSION.
We accept Credit Cards (Visa and Master Card), Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks,Venmo, and Personal Checks. (Please DO NOT send cash)
We will be accepting birds from March 1, 2023 through June 15th 2023. Although all birds will be vaccinated for PMV & Paratyphoid on arrival it is recommended that breeders vaccinate their birds 2 weeks prior to being sent. All birds will be treated for Canker, internal and external parasites, and chipped before entering the loft. All birds are on 24 hour lights until May 15th. The 9th & 10th flights will be pulled. Birds arriving after April 30th will be evaluated and flights pulled according to need.
No Pigeon Will Enter Loft until it is paid.
We will accept Replacement Birds until June 1st. Check the website weekly for an update on lost birds.

If you wish to have a bird returned, a shipment charge of $70 for the first Returned Bird. For any additional bird(s) you will be charged $10 EACH.
RETURN FEES MUST BE PAID BY November 1st, OR YOUR BIRDS WILL BECOME PROPERTY OF RMC!

**All Payouts are based on the entry of 250 Birds**
*”Average Position” refers to the average between two positions any one breeder may place in. For example, if a racer has a pigeon placing 2nd and another placing 10th, their Average Position is 6th. In the case of a tie, the breeder with the highest-scoring bird in the average wins.
Every bird will go to every race UNLESS it is determined that the bird is unlikely to be “competitive” in the sole judgment of the Loft Manager.
All birds will have a tracking/ID chip placed on them upon the day of arrival. Online tracking for lost birds, race positions, and complete reports is provided by Wincompanion.
There will be NO Auctions or Buybacks!
All birds remain the property of the owner unless perch fees and entry fees are not paid. If perch fees and entry fees are not paid, then said birds become property of RMC.
Any birds for which the owner does not pay return shipping by Nov. 1st 2022, shall become the property of the RMC.
